Any form of copying, screen recording, sharing (public or private), resale, or unauthorized dissemination — whether online, offline, or through social media — constitutes a violation. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access, and pursue legal or financial remedies if needed.

3. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

All purchases made on the platform — including but not limited to mentorship services, test series, academic resources, and downloadable content — are generally non-refundable. If a product offers a refund clause, it will be mentioned clearly on that product’s dedicated page.

Once purchased, services are activated and access is granted based on your registered account. Refund requests made outside of explicitly mentioned windows, or without valid technical or service-related justification, will not be entertained.

While our mentors and resources are designed to enhance your preparation, performance depends on numerous individual factors — such as your effort, consistency, academic foundation, and external environment. Therefore, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, selection, rank, or mark improvement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Haridwar, UTTARAKHAND.
